TransMed

TransMed Vision is a Christian Partnership for planting Missional Houses of Prayer around the Mediterranean, flowing out from the work of God at Ffald-y-Brenin. The goal is to plant centres from which consistent prayer and worship pour upwards and love and practical care pour outwards. Our heart is to connect with and serve existing national works and movements in each nation.

We have connected House of Prayer in several locations and invitations have been received to go in to many other nations.  Now we need partners who will pray for us, support us and go to the nations with us.
