Spring has Sprung !

Spring has sprung – evidenced by the birds singing loudly to one another, lambs bleating in the fields all about and daffodils pushing up amongst the dried brown grass of winter.  What joy it is to see new life appear and the promise of a new day and a warm summer ahead..

Jesus promises the same for us – that we should enjoy new life with new meaning – ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”  Revelation 21:4

Many experience the presence of God here at Ffald-y-Brenin.  We can find Jesus in the beauty of His creation or in the stillness of the chapel or meet Him at the high cross on the hillside.
But wherever He will meet with you, the sheepfold for the King or Ffald-y-Brenin as it is know here, welcomes you and blesses you in the name of Jesus.

He does what it says in the book! How gracious is our God; quick to forgive, able to restore and heal. Full of mercy and clothed in justice.

Easter demonstrates with finality and authority that he really is who Jesus said he was. The horror and humiliation of the cross; the rending of the veil; the empty tomb; angelic appearances, astonished disciples and a Risen Lord. He is risen. He is risen indeed!

So the story continues as the one who tasted death for all pours out the Holy Spirit upon us and the story of God’s might Acts continues, even unto the 21st Century! People are...
